Bankruptcy practices and treatment of financial distress are relatively recent in the Saudi market. Whereby, the first comprehensive legal framework (Bankruptcy Law) was issued by Royal Decree No. (M/50) dated 05/28/1439 AH (14/02/2018). MRF team participated in all stages of drafting and developing the practice.

The firm provides integrated solutions to clients in all services related to the Bankruptcy Law, including preventive settlement procedures, financial restructuring and liquidation. It also provides services to a wide range of clients including debtors, defaulted companies, creditors, banks, bankruptcy trustees and others.
