Former appellate judge, and an expert in judicial training and preparation of judicial and legal business guidelines. With more than 29 years of experience in judicial and legal work in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Kingdom of Bahrain.He enrolled in the judiciary sector until he reached the rank of an appellate judge, during this time his expertise was integrated in the fields of civil and commercial law and arbitration. He worked as well in a number of Arab governmental entities and international organizations in developing the judiciary and facilitating the access to justice.
Holds a PHD in public international law from Alexandria university, and two diplomas in public law and international law.
Practices legal work in Arabic, English, and French.
